I have been issued a citation for failure to blog my commutes last week. The earlier onset of darkness has my schedule all screwed up. I can assure you the bicycle was my primary transport last week and this, but I can't promise daily updates with specifics. Trying to get my runs, workouts, sleep and social life in take priority.

At present, I have escaped my hermit-like tendencies. I have recently embarked upon a new and exciting relationship with Jesse. Most of my free time is spent working out, cycling or reading. I enjoy life on Cape Cod, and try to keep it uncomplicated. I work full time and spend most of my free time maintaining my fitness. My favorite places are the Cape Cod Canal and anywhere on vacation.
